The Fifth Line – Returns Policy
At The Fifth Line, we want you to love your purchase. If it isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and stress-free.
Return Period
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Change of mind is okay — if it’s “not your style,” that’s reason enough.
• Items must arrive back with us within a reasonable timeframe after you’ve started the return (typically within 7–14 business days).
Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
• All tags, packaging, and certificates must be included.
• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Please note: Final Sale items, customised/personalised items, and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return – Step by Step
1. Start Your Return – Email us at info@thefifthline.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive Instructions – We’ll send you return approval along with shipping details.
3. Package Securely – Repack your item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
4. Ship It Back – Send your parcel using a tracked method to the return address provided below. Keep your tracking number handy.
5. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please do not ship returns without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process unsolicited packages.
Return Costs
• Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
• Exchanges: For exchanges within Australia, we’ll provide a complimentary shipping label.
• Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exclusions
• Due to hygiene and safety, earrings are non-returnable (unless faulty).
• Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration cannot be returned.
• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a fault covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
• If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us at info@thefifthline.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty).
• We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
